[PINE BROOK, N.J. – March 2026] MaxLite announced today that Amber Headley has joined the company as Vice President of Sales – South Region, where she will lead commercial sales initiatives across the Southeast and South Central United States.
This appointment is part of MaxLite’s broader initiative to align its commercial and industrial sales organization into three regions — North, South, and West — designed to strengthen regional focus, support continued growth, and increase face-to-face engagement with customers and partners.
Headley brings more than 15 years of experience in the electrical and lighting industry, with leadership roles spanning lighting manufacturing and electrical distribution. Her background includes experience with City Electric Supply, one of the industry’s largest electrical distributors, as well as director-level positions focused on strategic accounts, operations, and regional sales leadership.
She holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
Headley is known throughout the industry for her strong customer relationships, deep market knowledge, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. She is actively engaged in industry organizations and events including NAED, NEMRA, and major industry shows.
