Description:

In your role as a Senior Director of National Accounts for Horticulture Lighting, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow the horticulture product sector of MaxLite. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic account action plans for horticulture lighting products

  • Research and analyze metrics from national account customers in order to maximize sales and ensure the process is operating efficiently and effectively

Required Qualifcations:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree (preferably in horticulture)
  • 10+ years in sales or leadership role (horticulture preferred) with minimum of 3 years calling on national accounts

In your role as a Director of Supply Chain Management, you will provide leadership and direction through the development and implementation of effective supply chain practices, lean inventory, and warehouse management, as well as direct all phases of material management to improve current processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and supervise sourcing teams in the US and China to maximize purchasing power and volume leverage across all product and component purchases
  • Drive process improvements leading to a robust data-driven inventory management policy that takes into account the uncertainties of project-based sales as well as stock-and-flow
  • Help implement high-level MRP procedures in the area of component supply chain management for assembly products, SKD assembly components and accessories

Required Qualifcations:
  • 8-12 years' experience in enterprise level sourcing, materials resource planning and vendor relationship management in the electrical industry
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in a related discipline is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management and MRP best practices
  • Experience in contract manufacturing relationships in Asia-Pacific region and managing cross-cultural teams; lighting industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
  • Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
